Enjoy this collection of all the projects I created from the vintage quilt.
I hope you will be inspired to (re)purpose an old, well loved but unusable family quilt into useful, new items.
Pennant banner, pennant zipper bag, and cosmetic zipper bag
Tote bag, rose, and Christmas stocking
Teddy bear softie, coaster, ornament/door hanger, and wine gift bag
Storage box, note card, and notebook cover
State pillow and embroidered patchwork pillow
Pincushion, deer head, and yo-yo apron
I hope that you have enjoyed seeing all the (re)purposed projects that I did with my friend’s quilt. To see each post, click the link beneath each photo.
I’ll be back tomorrow with a few more (re)purposed projects of a different nature. But don’t be surprised to see pumpkins! I told you, I’m addicted!
Got any (re)urposed projects of your own?
xo, Faith

I love all the projects. And I love the idea of repurposing something so important for family members into everyday items. It allows you to always remember the family member who took the time to make a quilt. My favorites are the star, the pincushion and the pillows. You make everything seem so easy to make! You are so creative. I love the blog and the vibe you are putting out. It’s like we are all sitting in your sewing room with you 💜

Thank you, dear Ana, for your kind words. I wish you were sitting in my sewing room with me! I think we are both sentimental about family, history, and all that we love. You are on the list of those I hold close to my heart.
